A beautiful Danish exhibition poster featuring art nouveau art by the infamous poster artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

The motif for the poster was made in 1893 and is called "Aristide Bruant in his cabaret". Bruant was a French cabaret singer, comedian and nightclub owner. And Toulouse-Lautrec was a regular visitor in the nightclub environment around Mont Martre in Paris where Bruant performed. Soon they became close friends. This is why some of Toulouse-Lautrec's most famous posters displays Aristide Bruant.

The name for this exhibition is called "Graphics in the past 150 years" and was set up in at Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum in Aalborg, Denmark in 1976.
