1974 Chagall at Pace Colombus Exhibition Poster - Original Vintage Poster

A magical exhibition poster with art by Marc Chagall.

The art on the poster is called La Chevaucheé (The Ride) and was painted in 1970.

The poster was made to promote an exhibition in Pace in Columbus, USA.

Marc Zakharovich Chagall (1887-1985) was a Russian-French artist who is famous for mixing many artistic styles into colorful and sensual artworks. Or as Pablo Picasso said one day in 1950: "When Matisse dies, Chagall will be the only painter left who understands what color really is".

Note: the poster is printed on fine heavy grade paper with light texture.
