The poster was designed to encourage people to visit an exhibition Galerie Hachette in London.
Joan Ponç (1927-1984) was a Catalan artist and member of the avant-garde group Dau al Set. Ponç is considered one of the most representative artists of the first post-war avant-gardes and his original surreal artworks are highly desirable.
