Here is a political poster displaying a person laying on the Stars and Stripes.

Harlem in the 1970s was a culturally vibrant yet economically challenged neighborhood. It experienced a cultural renaissance with a resurgence of music and arts. However, it faced issues like urban decay, high crime rates, and drug problems. Political activism remained strong, but economic struggles and gentrification trends began to emerge by the decade's end.

The neighborhood also witnessed a cultural renaissance in Harlem with places like the Apollo Theater shining bright. There was a resurgence of artistic and musical expressions, with the emergence of influential figures in literature, music, and the visual arts.

The has the artists names and a year written with pen in the bottom. I am not sure if the artists added the names themselves.
