The poster was made to promote a Danish documentary on Central Africa. In the documentary we follow the Danish adventurer Jørgen Bitsch on an epic motorcycle voyage from Copenhagen to Cape Town in the early 1950s.
Jørgen Bitsch continued to travel the world throughout his life as he described many different cultures and learned their way of living.
