Return policy

At Out of Copenhagen, I strive to provide our customers with high-quality posters that meet their expectations. However, I understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
    • Only posters that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition will be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  2. Damaged or Defective Posters:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged (which is not already descripted in the condition section), please contact our customer support team immediately, providing relevant details and photos of the issue.
    • I will offer a full refund, exchange, or a possible replacement for damaged (I cannot guarantee a 1:1 replacement as I usually only have one of each poster) at no extra cost to you.

  3. Change of Mind Returns:

    • If you change your mind about a poster, you may return it within 14 of delivery.
    • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for change of mind returns in a sturdy tube.

  4. Return Procedure:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me.
    • I will guide you through the return process.
    • Please ensure that the poster is securely packed in its original packaging or an equivalent to prevent damage during return shipping.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned poster and verify its condition, we will process your refund with 7 days.
    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

  6. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange a poster for a different one, please follow the return procedure outlined above.
    • Once we receive the returned poster and verify its condition, we will process the exchange promptly.

  7. Incomplete or Unauthorized Returns:

    • Posters returned without meeting the return eligibility criteria will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
    • In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the items at your expense.

  8. Shipping Errors:

    • If there is an error in the shipping of your order, please contact me, and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
