A majestic lithographic Formula One Grand Prix poster, promoting a Dutch Grand Prix on August 27, 1978 at the Zandvoort Circuit Park, Netherlands.
The poster displays the drivers James Hunt's (Mclaren M26) followed by John Watson (Brabham Alfa Romeo). After completing the 75 laps on the track, Watson ended up as no 4 and Hunt on 10.
The poster is designed by the British illustrator Micheal Tuner who who specializes in motoring and aviation paintings. During the 1960ies he had close ties with the McLaren team, which he became friends with its drivers, Denny Hulme and Bruce McLaren. He was even responsible of the design of the bodywork of the race winning McLaren M1B and he even designed the team logo.
