Quite a stylish poster which have inspired many fonts designer all over the world.
This poster was nominated as the best poster in East Germany in 1976 ("Beste Plakate '76" can be translated into "Best Poster ´76").
The poster was made to promote an art exhibition with posters and nominate the best one in the year of 1976 in Berlin, former East Germany.
The poster was created by the German illustrator, type designer and publicist Axel Bertram. Bertram also made many redesigns of magazines, DDR coins, book designs and much more.
