A very cool airliner poster portraying the greener landscape of Greenland near Kangerlussuaq/Søndre Strømfjord in the southwest area.
The SAS plane takes off on the tundra overlooking a couple of Muskox. This scenery is quite a unusual as most travel posters from Greenland features the snowy landscape of the world's biggest island. The muskox was declared extinct from the island due to overhunt but was reintroduced to Greenland in the 1930s and 1940s with such success as people are hunting them again today.
The poster is an advertisement for travel agency of Greenland in cooperation with SAS Airlines and features a quite unusual destination using a motif which is difficult to find among other travel/airliner posters.
