Røde Mor (Red Mother) was a Danish artist collective formed back in 1969 as an Vietnam War protest group.
The group stared as an art group making protest art and political posters. Later the group started making music which contained (in some ears) provoking lyrics towards the consumer society, pollution, capitalism but the songs also contains a quite humorous tone. Røde Mor ceased to exist in 1978 but re-merged briefly in 2002.
Note that the lower part of the poster is left empty. Here information on an upcoming show could be written but this space is left empty suggesting that the poster never was used.
