A great piece of Danish-American friendship!
The poster advertises a charity concert touring in Denmark in 1947. The concerts are performed by what appears to include 40 singers and consists of Dano-American performers. Among the tour places is the famous Tivoli Gardens of Copenhagen and a place called Rebild on the 4. of July. The town of Rebild is primarily known for beautiful hill which sets the location each year on July 4 for a popular festival among Danish-Americans and Danes - usually with famous guests among participants.
Please note: The poster has been mounted on thin Japanese paper to improve the conservation. The mount improves the minor damages and helps stretching the poster when framed. The poster can easily be rolled for transportation purposes without damaging the mount or the poster.
