A poster that really makes me wanna have a large glass of Orangina!
Orangina is by many people considered to be a French soft drink but in fact Orangina was invented at a trade fair in Algeria in 1935 - developed by guy from Spain!
The poster was created by the legendary French graphic artist Bernard Villemot (1911-1989). Villemot is called the best French poster artist for more than three decades and he is world famous for his iconic advertising images for Orangina, Bally Shoe, Perrier, and Air France. In 1953 Villemot began designing logos and posters for the new soft drink Orangina and he kept on designing almost until his final breath.
The poster is a high quality print, mounted on linen for superb conservation - ready for being framed.
Please note: I have seen similar original posters dating from 1965-87. To be on the safe side I wrote 1980s in the description but the poster could be older.
Thanks for watching and please let me know if you have any questions.
