A magnificent political poster very typical of its time.
"Do not turn back time!" (vrid inte klockan tilbaka) - so states this political vintage poster from Sweden. The image displays a worker who struggles to keep the pointer of the watch away from the darkness and turn it into the light! The image is divided into a dark and light half. The worker is clearly a representative of the light half which represents nice and modern housing. The dark side looks like a less nice place to live.
In the light side of the poster is a Swedish text which can be translated into: "Continue to vote for a welfare policy". Further below (in the red area) the poster is the name of the social democratic party, The Worker's Party.
Overall a great historical poster from a time when the hero (in this case, the worker) was strong and blond.
