Beautiful abstract exhibition poster by the Bulgarian artist Christo!
The poster was designed to encourage people to visit Galeria Joan Prats in Barcelona, Spain.
Christo Vladimirov Javacheff (1935-2020) was a Bulgarian-born artist noted for his large-scale, site-specific environmental installations, often large landmarks and landscape elements wrapped in fabric. He was married to his colleague Jeanne-Claude, with whom he created several works of art . He is known for packing large buildings and in 1985 he packed the Pont Neuf in Paris and in 1995 he packed the Reichstag building in Berlin.
Galeria Joan Prats is an contemporary art gallery and first opened its doors in 1976. The gallery represents artist from all around the world including many local Catalan artist.
