A very special pop-art exhibition poster by the Italian painter Valerio Adami!
The poster title is "Kiss me, stupid" and appears to depict a crying man looking a pile a faces (I'm not sure about the last part).
The poster was made to promote an exhibition with works by Valerio Adami at Galerie Maeght in Paris in 1975.
Adami (1935) was educated in Milan but he has since worked in both London and Paris. His art is influenced by Pop Art and usually he make use of two ore three bright colors but this poster is an exception.
The first Galerie Maeght opened in Cannes in 1936 and later the Paris gallery opened in 1946s. Some of the most famous international artist has been on display in the galleries and remain to this day among the most prestigious artist platforms.
