A very nice French exhibition poster made by the infamous Villemot!
The poster encourage people to visit the French exhibition "38th Exhibition of Interior Decorators". The exhibition was held from May 25th to July 4th at the Grand Palais des Champs-Elysees in Paris.
The poster was created by the legendary French graphic artist Bernard Villemot (1911-1989). Villemot is called the best French poster artist for more than three decades and he is world famous for his iconic advertising images for Orangina, Bally Shoe, Perrier, and Air France. In 1953 Villemot began designing logos and posters for the new soft drink Orangina and he kept on designing almost until his final breath. This poster is among is last works.
