A beautiful exhibition poster with artwork by Edvard Munch.

Edvard Munch (1863-1944) was a Norwegian painter greatly influenced German Expressionism. He is immortalized by the world famous painting called "The Scream".

This poster features the artwork called "Jealousy" (Sjalusi). Munch returned to this image throughout his whole life - he completed no less than 11 painted versions of Jealousy. The first painting was executed in 1895, and the last was made during the 1930s.

The Munch exhibition was set up in Trondhejms Kunstforening in 1968.
