A very beautiful and old poster with stunning Art Nouveau letters and well-preserved colors.
The poster is an advertisement for "The Swedish Art Exhibition" in Charlottenborg which is an art museum located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The poster has blue writing on white background with three yellow crowns (a national emblem of Sweden).
The text on the poster is: "The Swedish Art Exhibition on Charlottenborg. Open daily from 10 until the break of dawn. Commission: 50 øre (which is 0,08 USD or 0,07 Euro). Surely this poster is very old and I think the poster could be even older - but to be sure I would rather say that the poster is at least from the 1930s.
SORRY! About the pictures - the poster is even on every angle. The reason why the poster appears to have a strange shape on the pictures is that the poster is attached in a large book. To straighten out the page in the book is nearly impossible.
Thanks for watching and please let me know if you have any questions.
