Here is one very disrable art poster encouraging people to visit the a Joan Miró exhibition.
The exhibition went on from 16th February to 24th March in 1974 at Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum in Aalborg, Denmark. Today the museum is known as "KUNSTEN - Museum of Modern Art Aalborg".
Joan Miro (1893-1983) was a Catalan painter whose surrealist works are some of the most original of the 20th century. He is mainly known for playfully distorted animal forms, twisted organic shapes and odd geometric constructions in public places - for example his ceramic walls the UNESCO building in Paris and the Wilhelm-Hack-Museum in Ludwigshafen. Miro also created several monumental sculptures which is erected among other places in Barcelona and Chicago.
