A happy Tivoli steward bids you welcome to the old garden!
Every year Tivoli Gardens (or simply Tivoli) lets a Danish artist design the poster art for the coming season.
The art for the poster of 1972 was created by Richardt Branderup who created a series of Tivoli advertisements mainly with a single figure as motif and many of them looks very joyful. Branderup has been employed as the fairground artist and designer in Tivoli for decades. He is also the designer of the fine plates in the Tivoli series.
