A really nice mid-century chocolate advertisement from Denmark!
On the poster is two cute boys and one of them is eating Rollo chocolate while the other boys staring at him with envy eyes. The chocolate (which is unknown to me) appears to be some sort of chocolate roll as the slogan in the top can be translated into "delights in rolls".
The poster was made as an advertisement for the former FDB. Today FDB is known as Coop amba which is acronym for the Association for Danish Consumer Cooperatives) who owns quite a few supermarkets in Denmark. One of the supermarkets was called "Brugsen" (today "SuperBrugen") which is where this poster use to hang and inspire Danes to eat more chocolate.
The poster was made by legendary Erik Stockmarr - an artist with a capital A, and he drew only a few posters, but was very recognized on the mountain of artists in mid century. Stockmarr also made several circus posters also using water colors and often the poster was made in bright colors with a happy motif like this poster.
